CVE-2026-34430Network attack vector

Host command execution via regex-bypassed bash validation

Published Apr 1, 2026 · Updated Apr 1, 2026

Sandbox escape in DeerFlow before commit 92c7a20 allows remote attackers to execute host commands through an agent's bash tool. LocalSandboxProvider validates only regex-matched absolute paths, then passes the rewritten command to a host shell that still interprets directory changes and relative paths. An attacker must induce an agent to invoke bash while the local provider exposes host shell access; successful execution reads or modifies host files.
