Missing authentication in Appsmith before 1.98.0 allows remote attackers to read instance configuration through management APIs. These endpoints return internal application-performance data without authenticating the requester, including license details, feature flags, identity-provider settings, and an unsalted admin-domain hash. Network access to the self-hosted instance is sufficient; the disclosure supports organization identification and targeted reconnaissance but not data modification or service interruption.
