Information disclosure via unchecked XCOFF section length

Out-of-bounds read in GNU Binutils' BFD linker allows attackers to disclose process memory through a crafted XCOFF object file. The xcoff_link_add_symbols function in bfd/xcofflink.c uses an inadequately checked x_scnlen value to index the csects array. Exploitation requires a user to invoke ld on the file and can expose adjacent memory or interrupt the linker process.
