Code execution via eval on BIM metadata

Code execution in FreeCAD before 1.1.1 allows attackers to execute arbitrary Python code via crafted FCStd metadata in BIM templates. In src/Mod/BIM/bimcommands/BimProjectManager.py, the Load Template flow reads Meta values for wpposition, wpu, wpv, and wpaxis from the FCStd ZIP and passes them directly to eval() instead of safely parsing vector strings. Exploitation requires user interaction to open a malicious template locally, and the injected Python runs with the full privileges of the FreeCAD process.
