Unauthenticated document disclosure via ignored access rules
Published Mar 31, 2026 · Updated Mar 31, 2026
Improper access control in Admidio Docker images 5.0.0 through 5.0.7 allows remote attackers to read role-restricted documents over HTTP. The Docker image configures Apache with AllowOverride None, so adm_my_files/.htaccess is ignored and its Require all denied rule never protects uploaded files. Exploitation requires a document path, which the authenticated upload response discloses; direct requests then expose file contents without authentication.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
