Unauthenticated video disclosure via omitted API password checks

Missing authorization in AVideo 26.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to read password-protected video sources through API requests. The get_api_video_file and get_api_video handlers return direct MP4 URLs and HLS manifests without invoking Video::verifyVideoPassword on the supplied password. Unauthenticated network access is sufficient, and exposure is limited to videos protected by AVideo's video_password feature.
