CVE-2026-34362Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Persistent WebSocket access via unenforced token timeout

Published Mar 27, 2026 · Updated Mar 27, 2026

Insufficient session expiration in World Wide Broadcast Network AVideo 26.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to reuse WebSocket tokens. The verifyTokenSocket() path in plugin/YPTSocket/functions.php evaluates token times but falls through to true because its failure return is commented out. Possession of a captured or previously issued token is required; reuse preserves the embedded identity and privileges, while an admin token reveals connected users' IP addresses, browsers, and page locations.
