CVE-2026-34360Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Unauthenticated internal network probing via unchecked /loadIG URL

Published Mar 31, 2026 · Updated Mar 31, 2026

SSRF in the HAPI FHIR Validator HTTP service before 6.9.4 allows remote attackers to probe internal services through /loadIG. LoadIGHTTPHandler passes the JSON ig value to IgLoader, while the default empty allowedDomains list permits every destination and redirects are not revalidated. Network access to the unauthenticated validator service is required; responses disclose reachability through connection, timeout, and parse-error differences.
