Improper authorization in Oracle WebLogic Server Web Services allows remote attackers to modify critical data through HTTP requests. Oracle has not disclosed which Web Services authorization check or HTTP input is mishandled, so the code-level mechanism is not public. Affected releases are 12.2.1.4.0, 14.1.1.0.0, 14.1.2.0.0, and 15.1.1.0.0; exploitation requires no authentication but does require interaction by another person.
