Account takeover via incorrect credential-removal assurance

Improper access control in Red Hat build of Keycloak 26.4 allows remote authenticated users to take over accounts through MFA deletion. CredentialDeleteHelper derives the required authentication level from the realm browser flow instead of a client's overridden browser flow, so it accepts password-only sessions for OTP removal. An attacker needs the victim's password and a client-specific flow override; deleting the victim's OTP and registering a replacement grants control of the account.
