Authenticated file disclosure via unchecked ZIP symlinks

Path traversal in Weblate before 5.17 allows remote authenticated users to read host files through project-language ZIP downloads. The project-language ZIP export path adds component template files without first validating that their resolved targets remain inside the repository, so a repository symlink can archive an arbitrary server-side file. Exploitation requires an authenticated user who can influence a symlink in a translated repository and invoke the ZIP download; the resulting archive discloses readable host data without modifying it.
