Session hijacking via unescaped ticket reply notifications

Stored XSS in CtrlPanel 1.1.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript through ticket reply notifications. The two ticket-reply notification classes store $newmessage without sanitization, and the notification view inserts it as raw Blade output. A regular user must post a crafted reply and an administrator must open the notification panel; execution in that browser context enables session theft and administrative actions.
