Out-of-bounds read in Teluu PJPROJECT before 2.17 allows remote attackers to interrupt video applications via crafted VP9 RTP media. In pjmedia/src/pjmedia-codec/vpx_packetizer.c, the VP9 Scalability Structure parser adds N_S * 4 to desc_len without checking the result against payload_len. The path requires PJMEDIA_HAS_VIDEO and receipt of VP9 RTP media; the vendor assessment reports service interruption without data disclosure or modification.
