Authenticated data exposure via unchecked admin datatables
Published May 19, 2026 · Updated May 19, 2026
Missing authorization in CtrlPanel 1.1.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read administrative data via GET requests. The affected controllers expose datatable() methods under /admin/ through routes whose middleware verifies a session but never checks an administrative role or permission. Any regular account can query the endpoints and enumerate user PII, payment records, active codes, roles, server ownership mappings, and support tickets.
