TOCTOU race in Parse Platform Parse Server before 8.6.64 and 9.0.0 through 9.7.0-alpha.7 allows remote authenticated users to create extra sessions. The RestWrite.handleAuthData path consumes a recovery code or SMS one-time password through a read-modify-write update without optimistic locking, so concurrent requests validate the same token before an update commits. Exploitation requires a valid authentication-provider token and one MFA token; successful requests retain authenticated sessions after detected sessions are revoked.
