CVE-2026-34215Network attack vector

MFA bypass via unsanitized verify response

Published Mar 31, 2026 · Updated Mar 31, 2026

Information exposure in Parse Server before 8.6.63 and 9.0.0 through 9.7.0-alpha.6 allows remote authenticated users to read authentication secrets. The UsersRouter.handleVerifyPassword path removes hidden properties but omits authDataManager.runAfterFind, so it serializes raw authData in the response. A valid user password and an account with stored authentication data are required; exposed TOTP secrets, recovery codes, or OAuth tokens defeat the intended second factor.
