Oracle SQL injection via no-op escaping

SQL injection in apr_dbd_oracle in Apache Portable Runtime Utility 1.6.0 through 1.6.3 allows remote attackers to read or alter Oracle data. The dbd_oracle_escape function returns attacker-controlled strings unchanged instead of escaping Oracle string literals before query construction. Exposure requires an Oracle-enabled build and a consuming application that passes remote input through the escape API into an SQL statement.
