Arbitrary file upload in the System REST API in WSO2 API Manager products allows remote authenticated users to execute uploaded content. The endpoint accepts a user-selected file and destination without adequately restricting the file type or server-accessible write location. Administrative access with publisher privileges is required, and code execution depends on the deployment processing or serving the uploaded file.
