Cluster-admin escalation via mutable certificate type

Privilege escalation in Canonical LXD 4.12 through 6.7 allows remote authenticated users with restricted TLS certificates to become cluster admins. The doCertificateUpdate handler accepts a caller-controlled Type field on PUT or PATCH requests and stores server instead of retaining the certificate's original client type. A project-scoped restricted certificate is required; the new server-certificate identity persists, grants full cluster administration, and enables host compromise through privileged containers.
