Authenticated SSRF via unvalidated GitHub App API URL

SSRF in the GitHub App integration in coolLabs Coolify before 4.0.0-beta.471 allows remote authenticated users to probe internal services. The GithubApp api_url field accepts arbitrary URLs, and updateGithubAppName(), generateGithubToken(), and githubApi() use it as the base for server-side HTTP requests without blocking private addresses. Any authenticated account can trigger fixed-path requests; timing and returned JSON message fields expose service reachability and limited response data.
