Authenticated SQL injection via unsanitized name parameter
Published Jul 1, 2026 · Updated Jul 1, 2026
SQL injection in designer.php in The Guardian Language System allows remote authenticated users to read database contents via HTTP. The script concatenates the name GET parameter inside a quoted SELECT on the complex table and sends the resulting text directly to mysqli_query without neutralizing SQL metacharacters. A valid web session is required; crafted error-based expressions disclose data readable by the application's database account.
