Authenticated SQL injection via unescaped id parameter
Published Jul 1, 2026 · Updated Jul 1, 2026
SQL injection in The Guardian Language System through commit e42c395 allows remote authenticated users to extract database contents. The text_file.php handler concatenates the id GET parameter into a quoted mysqli_query string without neutralizing SQL metacharacters. Access to a logged-in session, including the documented guest account, is required; error-based payloads disclose database version, user, name, and other queryable data.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
