Authenticated root command execution via unlocked container property
Published Jul 7, 2026 · Updated Jul 7, 2026
Command injection in coolLabs Coolify before 4.0.0-beta.471 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands on managed servers. The database import Livewire component leaves its container property client-modifiable and interpolates it into docker cp and docker exec shell commands without validation. Any team member with access to a database resource can reach the import flow; commands run as root, and an unlocked server ID also permits cross-tenant targeting.
