Authenticated update-control access via missing authorization
Published Jul 6, 2026 · Updated Jul 6, 2026
Missing authorization in coolLabs Coolify before 4.0.0-beta.471 allows remote authenticated users to access instance update controls. The Settings/Updates Livewire component's mount() method loads the page without calling isInstanceAdmin(), unlike the other Settings components. Any authenticated non-admin team member can reach auto-update configuration and update-check actions; no data disclosure or service interruption is reported.
