Stored script execution via unencoded subject field

Stored XSS in PHPGurukul Student Record System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript via a crafted Subject 1 value. The edit-subject.php handler stores the Subject 1 value without validation and renders it without output encoding. Administrator access is required to plant the payload, and a user must later view or edit the subject record, executing the script in that user's browser session.
