Authenticated memory corruption via oversized Wi-Fi key
Published Mar 1, 2026 · Updated Mar 1, 2026
Stack-based buffer overflow in Tenda AC15 firmware 15.13.07.0 through 15.13.07.13 allows remote authenticated users to corrupt memory. The /goform/TextEditingConversion handler processes an oversized wpapsk_crypto2_4g value without enforcing the destination stack buffer's bounds. Network access to the management endpoint and a low-privilege session are required; the public record does not demonstrate code execution.
