Environment-variable disclosure via unrestricted jq env builtin

Information disclosure in changedetection.io before 0.54.7 allows remote authenticated users to read process environment variables. The jq and jqraw include-filter paths in changedetectionio/html_tools.py compile and execute user-supplied jq expressions without blocking the env builtin, which writes every process environment variable into the watch snapshot. Authentication is required only when a password or API key is configured; the default configuration exposes the API without either credential, and disclosed values can include password hashes, proxy credentials, API keys, and tokens.
