Baseband crash via malformed RRC reconfiguration

NULL pointer dereference in Samsung Exynos 850 firmware allows attackers to crash the device's 5G baseband via a malformed message. The NR RRC and L2 components dereference a null pointer while processing a malformed RRC Reconfiguration message. Delivery of that control-plane message to an affected device is required, and Samsung discloses no deeper code locus or impact beyond baseband service interruption.
