Client crash via unvalidated gateway auth length

Reachable assertion in FreeRDP before 3.24.2 allows remote attackers controlling an RDP Gateway to crash connecting clients. rts_read_auth_verifier_no_checks() reads network-supplied frag_length and auth_length values without validating their relationship before evaluating WINPR_ASSERT(). The pre-authentication path affects RPC-over-HTTP gateway connections, and default release builds terminate only the client process with SIGABRT.
