Authenticated database access via CAMOS content SQL injection

SQL injection in OpenEMR before 8.0.0.3 allows remote authenticated users to read and modify database data through the CAMOS form. The ajax_save.php endpoint passes the content parameter to process_commands(), which inserts date_add, date_sub, and appointment-day values into SQL interval expressions without parameterization. A valid session, CSRF token, and active patient encounter are required; boolean-based queries can extract sensitive medical and account data.
