Process crash via unbounded FX expression recursion

Uncontrolled recursion in ImageMagick 6 before 6.9.13-44 and 7 before 7.1.2-19 allows local users to crash the process via a nested FX expression. TranslateExpression in MagickCore/fx.c increments recursion depth without first enforcing a maximum, allowing deeply nested FX syntax to exhaust the process stack. Triggering requires a user or local workflow to process the attacker-supplied expression, and the bounded consequence is termination of that ImageMagick process.
