Login throttling failure in London AI Centre FLIP 0.1.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to compromise accounts through repeated attempts. The login page accepts unlimited credential submissions without rate limiting or a CAPTCHA, permitting password guessing and credential stuffing. The attack requires a valid password guess or reused credential; success grants the affected account's access, while no broader impact is established.
