Cross-user data disclosure via stale worker responses
Published Mar 27, 2026 · Updated Mar 27, 2026
Information disclosure in Revelry Labs elixir-nodejs before 3.1.4 allows context-dependent attackers to receive another caller's data. NodeJS.Worker accepts the next response in its GenServer mailbox without correlating it to the originating request, so a late response can satisfy a later call. Exploitation requires a timeout or concurrent load in an application that shares workers across callers, and the consequence is disclosure of data processed for a different caller.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
