Root command execution via unsanitized CLI arguments

OS command injection in Junos OS and Junos OS Evolved allows local users with high privileges to execute arbitrary commands as root. The CLI passes crafted arguments to certain set system commands without proper sanitization, allowing shell metacharacters to reach a root shell. High-privileged CLI access is required; successful exploitation grants complete control of the network device.
