Missing authorization in Junos OS on MX Series 24.4 and 25.2 allows local users to compromise managed devices through the CLI. The request csds operational-command path fails to enforce its intended high-privilege or JDM/CSDS authorization boundary and accepts commands from any logged-in account. The MX device must have chassis jnu-management configured; a low-privilege authenticated account then gains commands that affect every aspect of devices managed through that MX.
