Subscriber login denial via packet-type memory leak

Memory leak in bbe-smgd in Juniper Networks Junos OS on MX Series allows attackers to block new subscriber logins from adjacent networks. When authentication packet-type is configured, bbe-smgd fails to release memory for received packets whose type does not match the configured type. The non-default packet-type configuration and adjacent network access are required; exhaustion prevents new subscriber logins.
