Internal service access via unchecked redirects

SSRF in WWBN AVideo 26.0 and earlier allows context-dependent attackers to access internal services through a crafted image URL. The image-download endpoint checks only the initial downloadURL_image with isSSRFSafeURL(), while url_get_contents() and its wget fallback follow an HTTP redirect without validating the new destination. An authenticated user with upload-and-edit permission must trigger the download; affected fallback paths can access cloud metadata or internal services, while the cURL path does not follow redirects.
