Unauthenticated cluster-service crash via unbounded payload allocation

Uncontrolled resource consumption in Wazuh Manager 3.9.0 through 4.14.4 allows remote attackers to crash cluster services via a crafted header. The cluster protocol parser unpacks the attacker-controlled total field and immediately passes it to bytearray before authentication or decryption. Remote attackers able to reach the configured cluster port can repeat headers to exhaust manager memory or crash wazuh-clusterd without sending a payload.
