CVE-2026-33744Public exploit

Command execution via unquoted system package names

Published Mar 27, 2026 · Updated Mar 27, 2026

Command injection in BentoML 1.4.36 and earlier allows attackers to execute arbitrary commands via a crafted bentofile.yaml. The docker.system_packages values are joined without shell quoting into package-install commands in generated Dockerfiles. Exploitation requires a victim or CI pipeline to containerize an attacker-supplied project, which executes the injected commands during Docker build.
