Authenticated command execution via unsanitized diff path

Command injection in OpenHands before 1.5.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands in the agent sandbox. The git diff endpoint passes its path parameter through get_git_diff() into a shell command string without neutralizing shell metacharacters. Any authenticated user who can call the endpoint can run commands as the runtime-container user, bypassing the agent's normal command channel.
