Authenticated code execution via orphaned PHP upload

Unrestricted file upload in WWBN AVideo 26.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute PHP code via a crafted download URL. downloadVideoFromDownloadURL() preserves the URL basename when writing into videos/cache/tmpFile, and later resolution rejection terminates processing before the executable file is moved or removed. Standard upload permission and an attacker-hosted PHP file of at least 20 KB are required; successful access runs commands with the web server's privileges.
