Permission escalation via unchecked link share listing

Improper authorization in Vikunja before 2.2.2 allows remote attackers with a read-only link share to obtain higher-privilege share hashes. LinkSharing.ReadAll() checks only project-level read access, and ReadAllWeb returns every share's bearer hash without invoking LinkSharing.CanRead(). A read-only link share URL is sufficient to authenticate with a disclosed write or admin hash and gain that share's permissions on the same project.
