Authenticated internal requests via unfiltered OIDC picture URL

SSRF in Vikunja before 2.2.1 allows remote authenticated users to make the server request internal endpoints through an OIDC picture claim. The DownloadImage function in pkg/utils/avatar.go passes the claim URL to a bare HTTP client without scheme or IP filtering and reads the response without a size limit. Exploitation requires OpenID Connect to be configured and control of an account's picture claim; requests can probe internal services or cloud metadata and can pressure server memory.
