Credential disclosure via unmasked webhook BasicAuth fields

Sensitive information exposure in Vikunja before 2.2.1 allows remote authenticated users to read webhook BasicAuth credentials. ReadAll in pkg/models/webhooks.go clears each webhook's HMAC secret but serializes basic_auth_user and basic_auth_password without clearing them. Project read access, including team or link shares with read permission, is sufficient to obtain credentials used by external webhook receivers.
