Privilege escalation via tokenless permission-setting GET requests

CSRF in AVideo 27.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to gain near-admin permissions by inducing an administrator to load a page. The setPermission.json.php endpoint accepts state-changing GET parameters through $_REQUEST and calls Permissions::setPermission without validating a CSRF token. The administrator must load attacker-controlled content; SameSite=None sends the session cookie, allowing the request to grant permissions to the targeted user group.
