Command execution via untrusted Tera template rendering

Code injection in jdx mise before 2026.3.10 allows remote attackers to execute commands via a crafted .tool-versions file. ToolVersions::parse_str renders the file through get_tera, which registers exec() and sends its command argument to a shell without a trust check. Execution requires a victim with mise shell activation enabled to enter the repository while paranoid mode is disabled, the default setting.
