Authenticated code execution via platform-setting eval

Eval injection in Chamilo LMS 2.0.0-alpha.1 through 2.0.0-RC.2 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary PHP code. PlatformConfigurationController::decodeSettingArray() passes a database-backed platform setting to PHP eval() after JSON decoding fails, so injected PHP syntax is interpreted as code. Administrative access is required to plant the setting; any request to the unauthenticated /platform-config/list route triggers execution as the web-server account.
