Privilege escalation via unchecked node approval scopes

Incorrect authorization in OpenClaw before 2026.3.28 allows remote authenticated users to grant paired nodes broader privileges. The node.pair.approve path in src/infra/node-pairing.ts approved requested scopes without comparing them with the callerScopes set. A low-privilege operator account with pairing rights is required; exploitation can expose or modify data through the paired node but does not interrupt service.
