Service interruption via unindexed authentication-provider queries

Denial of service in Parse Server before 8.6.58 and 9.0.0 through 9.6.0-alpha.51 allows remote attackers to interrupt service via auth requests. In Auth.js, findUsersWithAuthData queries the user collection for each attacker-supplied, unconfigured provider name before validation, causing an unindexed full collection scan. No account is required, and parallel requests can saturate database resources and deny backend service without changing or exposing stored data.
