Process crash via unchecked deserialization lengths

Memory exhaustion in zserio before 2.18.1 allows remote attackers to crash deserializing processes via a crafted binary payload. The C++ Array and BitStreamReader paths reserve attacker-declared lengths without checking remaining stream bytes, while Java Array and ByteArrayBitStreamReader allocate arrays from the same unchecked values. Any application that deserializes untrusted zserio data can exhaust memory from a 4-5-byte payload, interrupting that process without affecting confidentiality or integrity.
